At Aurum, the safety and comfort of our guests are our highest priority. We operate a highly controlled kitchen environment; however, as we prepare our food from scratch using a wide array of fresh ingredients, including nuts, dairy, and gluten, we cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free of trace allergens.
Vegetarian & Vegan Menus
We take pride in our vegetarian offerings, which are clearly marked on our menus. A full vegan tasting menu is available upon request. We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours' notice for the vegan tasting menu so our chefs can prepare appropriately.
Advance Notice
Please indicate any severe allergies or specific dietary requirements in the "Special Requests" section when making your reservation online, or inform our staff when booking over the phone. Advance notice allows our chefs the time needed to safely adapt dishes for you.
Cross-Contamination
Guests with severe allergies, particularly to nuts or shellfish, should be aware of the risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen. Please consult with the restaurant manager upon arrival to discuss the safest options available for your meal.
