We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to run a section in our fast-paced, Michelin-starred kitchen. You must have at least 3 years of fine dining experience and a deep understanding of classical techniques.
We require a polished and highly articulate Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have extensive wine knowledge and experience in fine dining environments.
Working under our Head Sommelier, you will assist in managing our 200+ label cellar and guiding guests through our wine pairing experiences. WSET Level 2 or equivalent required.
