Because our retreat programs involve active physiological cleansing and potent herbal therapies, all guests must complete our confidential medical intake questionnaire prior to check-in.

Guests with acute medical conditions, recent cardiovascular surgery, or pregnancy will be provided with customized gentle restorative therapies in consultation with our medical director Dr. Elena Rostova.

2. Check-In, Check-Out & Transfers

  • Check-in Time: 02:00 PM (Welcoming tea ritual and preliminary doctor intake).
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Followed by final lifestyle blueprint handover).
  • Late Check-Out: Available upon request based on chalet availability.
  • Private Transfers: Complimentary roundtrip airport chauffeur is included with all 5+ night retreats.
